  • All original packaging, including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials included in the purchase, must be returned.
  • You must also include any accessories that were part of the initial package.

Dealing with Damaged or Defective Items

If your Twiliterlight product arrives in a damaged condition or shows defects from the outset, please contact us immediately at support@twiliterlight.com. Include a comprehensive description of the issue and attach photographic or video evidence for us to evaluate. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for a return and decide if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Returns might be subject to a restocking fee if an item is not returned in its original packaging or shows evidence of use. This fee is omitted for returns due to damage, defects, or errors on our part.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders as they have already been processed. If you return an item from a canceled order, your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise. Refunds are typically issued using the original method of payment within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay in refund processing, please contact us. Please be aware that return shipping costs for canceled orders are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not accept cash on delivery for payments.
